Airport Transfer Rome (Fiumicino)

All happened as described in ticket instructions, staff checked everyone in, bus arrived on time, everyone loaded their own luggage, plenty seats, no traffic issue, arrived T3 in less than 1 hour, unload your own luggage. All went smoothly with no problems.

On time and a good price. From the hotel to bus stop 7min walk sure beats the 55 euro taxi fare

I bought a ticket for the wrong direction and asked the Tiqets employee to change my ticket, to which they said it was not possible.

I got on the bus and asked the bus company employee to change the direction and there were no problems.

Confusing boarding process, with the departing and arriving passengers intermingled in the same area (as opposed to offloading in one spot then moving up to boarding area).

My luggage delayed at the baggage claim at the airport and I missed my bus at booked time but was able to catch the next one with no problems. Fast, direct and pleasant journey to Roma Termini.

Good priced ticket compared to other means of getting into the city. Bit concerned with the large queue when we found the bus stop but managed to get on. All fine after that.

It takes a very long time compared to train. I took us almost 1 and half hours to reach Roma termini. Worst thing is, I booked return tickets and while returning from termini to airport, I was told to wait for next bus after half an hour. I had to take train to avoid missing my flight. Not reliable ...

This was an excellent choice of transport if your accommodation is closer to the Vatican than it is to Termini station. The bus was very comfortable and easy to book. Turn right when you exit the Arrivals area and the bus stop (no 12) is 200 yards or so along. Would definitely use this bus again.

Very easy to use when arriving at time come out turn right walk down your see a load of coaches lined up bay 15 and it drops you right to termini by the food court and getting the coach back to airport is where your dropped off .

The bus was fine. My only complaint is there are 3 different bus stops at the terminal going to the airport. It didn’t say which stop to go to

I booked these the night before travelling back to the airport to save time in the morning. All good and they were the same price as buying at the station. They send you a code that opens up the ticket on a separate link - I’d recommend opening in advance and taking a screen grab as I struggled ...

Information of boarding is a bit confusing. The pdf ticket says that after passing the turnstile you will get an email to activate your boarding. But the pdf qr-code ticket says that activation is automatically done. Our experience is the latter one; no email or activation required.

Very poor experience and customer service. The train was delayed, the platforms were overcrowded and my father's wallet was stolen. The staff did not do crowd control and failed to empathize or help. Please do better. Terrible first experience for tourists of your beautiful country.

First time to Rome!!! The Leonardo Express was an easy stress free way to travel from FCO to Roma Termini. If you book early online then on the day of travel you need to adjust your boarding time it is super easy and flexible.

Better directions are needed to get to meeting point-far to easy to miss it. Mini van was comfy. Our driver and his comedy side-kick were excellent tho-gave a running commentary and descriptions of places to visit. Would recommend.

The directions on how to find your office could be much clearer .. After that the service was very good
