Housed inside Vienna's old Künstlerhaus on the city's famous Ringstrasse, the Albertina Modern made its long-awaited opening in 2020 after three years of renovation to the grand 19th-century building.
Unlike the nearby Albertina Museum, the Albertina Modern puts major emphasis on modern and contemporary Austrian art through both its permanent and temporary collections. It provides a dedicated space for the Essl Collection which was acquired in 2017. It also houses an impressive amount of international art, with extensive German and American collections.

Un must pour ce musée en plein coeur de Vienne. Collection of Herbert Batliner extraordinaire et collection temporaire au top. Voir aussi appartement très intéressant et beaucoup de dessins et gravure de Durer et Léonard de Vinci quand nous y étions donc vraiment super.
The Albertina was great the modern so so the third outside Vienna so I never tried it; for Vienna it may make more sense to buy just the Albertina ticket; bty I have no trouble and no major lines buying tickets on the spot in various museums

L’application est très facile . Malheureusement j’ai pris trois billets pour l’Albertina avec audio guide mais l’application du Musée ne l’a pas reconnu . Sans la compréhension de la personne de l’entrée notre visite n’aurait pas été possible .finalement nous avons pu rentre...
Devo dire che ho acquistato il biglietto scambiano albertina modern con Albertina museum. Ho comunque visitato il museo ma l'arte moderna non mi entusiasma e di conseguenza questa visita. A parte il gusto personale il costo del biglietto non è proporzionato a quello che offre
