Cruise down the Danube while marveling at the scenery of Budapest
With 12 million tourists flocking to Budapest every year, there’s good reason to take a Budapest boat tour.
These Budapest river cruises will take you past the beautiful area of Budapest that runs alongside the Danube River – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – so you can appreciate the beauty of buildings like Buda Castle, the Hungarian Academy, and the Parliament building.
Your Budapest river cruise will sail by 18th and 19th-century masterpieces of architecture that showcase Baroque, neo-Renaissance, and neo-Gothic style that rival the likes of Paris and London.
Take your pick from a number of Budapest boat tours and find a cruise that suits you. There’s options that include: drinks, live music, evening departures that show the city by night, and even visits to the House of Parliament.

Sail under the six bridges of Budapest on a Danube river cruise
We appreciated the Danube cruise, it was an easy way to view the sunset on the iconic Danube. I suggest to arrive early, seat close to rail, order your favorite drink, and let the Danube waters take you dreams.

It was canceled due to the weather but I never got a refund I got a coupon instead for next availability. I’m there for a short period I wasn’t gonna be visiting Budapest any time soon . That’s sad
Let the music play as you eat, drink, and enjoy
Don't pay for this dinner, very expensive, you can find the same traditional hungarian food for much cheaper price. There are other cruise rides for $20 that include drinks, and you get to take nice pictures of the Parliament, Castle, etc., then go to a nice restaurant with a much better dinner for ...
Glide down Budapest's Danube and drink in the views with a welcome beverage
Very good and good service need to Explain during the cruise what you see and what is happening in Budapest... The trip left at a time when we did not see the palace lit up because we were on the other side of the Danube in the dark.
Waited for 35 minutes before we left, joining instructions aren’t clear…pontoon 1 is actually Pontoon 2 for the boat!
Ushered into seating, then told you can move when we set -off! Interrupted diners during their meals upstairs to go outside for the views.
By land and water - this is the most fun way to see the Pearl of the Danube
Terrible company with disgraceful service. We both tickets several days in advance. The driver wouldn't let us and our 4 young children in while it was pouring rain, because we were 2(!!!) min late, the lady thar worked at the station was rude and cursed. This is the worst tourist experience we has n...
It was 33 deg outside, and 40 deg in the bus (verified).
There was absolutely no AC for the paying passengers. The only 3 AC outlets were for the driver, guide, staff seat.
It was unbearable.
The wouldn't let us on the bus until 1 min before starting the ride saying it was to keep the AC efficient...
See prime attractions like the Parliament, Royal Palace, and more
Exactly as described, a 1 hour cruise along the Danube River. The boat left promptly at the stated time, and although the previous cruise looked very busy on disembarking, there was plenty of room on the 9:40PM cruise that I went on
Very small upstairs deck. Couldn’t get space and needed to sit downstairs where you can barely take proper photos.
Glide along the Danube and sip cocktails as you enjoy a Hungarian folk show
Nice people waitress who served our drinks and great view
See the dazzling sights of Budapest from the River Danube
I have been to Budapest several times before, but this is my first tourist visit. I think that the Danube cruise is a great way to start getting to know the city. Buying tickets was easy and efficient, directions for finding the ship as well. The lady who checked in at the entrance was very kind and...
The boat is a little crowded. There are sits at the 2nd floor with open air where in some of them you get see a good view, and those who don't manage there are sits in the 1st floor where there are windows and it's harder to get the view.
Buy the tickets that enable skipping the line to get faster a...
