The guides were easy to spot even in such a crowd (they were also helpful and friendly). Thanks to group options on the site (there were a few to choose and "join") we were able to listen and understand a short presentation - that was a great introduction to the whole sightseeing experience.

It offers a lot, but you really have to make it a marathon to get the money out of it.

Lohnt sich, wenn man viele der angebotenen Attraktionen macht.

The guide did not show up and no advance notice was given. We ended up paying for a different cruise that cost us a bit more. Tiquets did respo d promptly to my chat about the problem and issued a refund. We will wait to see if the refund shows up within their stated 5-10 day window.

Die Aktivierung war sehr umständlich da diese über die Cool Pass App und nicht über die standardmäßig angebotene Tiqets App durchgeführt werden muss. Dies wird beim digitalen Kauf aber nirgends beschreiben und der Cool Pass ist mit der Tiqets App nicht benutzbar.
