In one of the most beautiful and important rococo theaters in Europe, where Mozart conducted the premiere of his opera "Idomeneo" and where Napoleon attended a performance of Don Giovanni as a guest on the occasion of Bavaria's elevation to a kingdom in 1806, you can experience concerts with the renowned Residenz Soloists. The ensemble, consisting of the Residence Soloists and members of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, performs selected masterpieces of the classical period.
