Didn’t get to go to the top! Stayed in a very badly organized queue for two hours with lots of people skipping and no one to monitor the process. At one stage of the queue we asked one of the staff members how long more and they said anything from one hour to three hours, so we just left. Very bad...
We were not allowed inside Dubai frame and we had to buy 3 new tickets at the entrance due to some litigation between you and Dubai frame authorities. Request you to refund the money paid towards the Dubai frame tickets immediately. Thanks
