This was a highly informative and professional tour led by a knowledgeable guide who knows well the history of the cathedral. Being able to forego all of the lines and have access was also a very nice feature.

The trip to the Duomo and the rooftops were flawless everything was perfect. But the attempt to download the audio system onto my phone with my disaster. You had to download other apps those apps offered a login page. But they did not offer a way to register a new account.

A "no show" of the guide is probably the most ridiculous experience..... I guess, "free" is not worth it.... the tip was ready... Wasting other people's time this way is no good; please tell the guide, if there was one at all... Never again... sorry.

Definitely worth it! The combined ticket for the Duomo, its archaeological site, and the Duomo Museum provides an outstanding historical journey. You get to explore so much great history all in one go.

We paid the small difference for the lift access tickets. You come out at the first level and then walk around and up steps to the actual roof.
