About This Attraction
The grand Granada Cathedral is the seat of the Archdiocese of Granada. This eye-catching building is an evocative reminder of the city's past. It's easy to spot: just look for the towering Spanish Renaissance-style architectural masterpiece in the center of town.
It took several different architects to complete the building, and even so, they collectively managed to finish only one of the two towers they had planned. Still, its lofty interior, many detailed chapels, and grand altar are all worth admiring.
