We found, what we thought was our bus. The right company, with Marco Polo airport - Venice written all over it, nothing displayed on front info. We showed the driver/assistant our ticket and he waved us on. Scanned the tickets, flashed green, we took our seats. After 20 minutes, we thought it was qu...
Easy to get to. Looked for bus and found it by identifying the actv logo. Would have been better to have had a stand number to go to but I don’t think Venice bus station has them. Lots of bus around so be careful, use the zebra crossings.

Some confusion as to where actual stop was at airport but convenient. Not super organized as far as how many people they let on bus as there were a large number of people waiting.
Easily found the bus stop, shuttle bus arrived immediately, checked in tickets on machine & bus left for Mestre. Pre booked tickets made it easy. Worked very smoothly

Was ok. In the morning was less crowdy , afternoons were sometimes a nightmare because of the amount of the people but overall I recommend it

Waited in line for nearly 2 hours while staff smoked & joked together in a group. Scheduled trip was still late - staff didn’t start boarding passengers till after the boat was meant to have left. Poor introduction to Venice.
Need better directions or clearer instructions as to where the office is based in arrivals hall. You have to exit baggage reclaim area to then find the offices. Apart from that straight forward.
