We loved the experience, however, the person who checked us in originally did not help us with where to go. We ended up going in the opposite direction of where we were supposed to start and 1 of our kids' audioguides was not set up for the child program.

The ensemble was terrific- top quality musisians and a great choice of music!
The museum guide was very interesting but not much to see- portraits of individuals being spoke about in the audio guide - still worth the visit

Terrible service with super unfriendly employees without the slightest bit of empathy for users. As for the visit, it is interesting but I found the audios to be too long, making the user stay in the same space for too long.
