Ho comprato un biglietto Adulti+Autoguida a un costo di 13.50 euro.
Al link inviato per scaricare il biglietto in PDF, appaiono due biglietti il cui importo singolo è pari a 5.00 euro e appare il nome “Andrew Laurence”.
Conseguenza: avrei dovuto pagare 5 euro+3.50 euro (immagino) per audioguid...
Promo non c’ era audioguida… il biglietto costa € 5 e voi fate pagare una differenza enorme non so per cosa. Mi avete presa in giro e vorrei una spiegazione ! Grazie Adriana manara
