Visit Plaszow to grasp the reality of a concentration camp
Plaszow was established in 1942 as a Nazi forced-labor camp for Jews and in 1944, it became a concentration camp. In the summer of that year, the Nazis started dismantling the camp by setting up mass graves, and in 1945, they evacuated the rest of the prisoners further west. Today, Plaszow stands as a site to remember the atrocities committed there.
