Our 15 minute orientation was more like 1/2 hr and was very informative.
The audio guide was difficult to follow because of some major construction inside the cathedral and it wasn't modified for reverse order of entry. There were many things in the cathedral that were not referenced in the audio...
Well worth it for the price, great orientation and very convenient to have the ticket cover over 2 days if needed, but be aware that the guided audio may not be the best experience; I kept needing to log back into the browser as the crowds significantly slowed down the tour.
