We did not get tickets to Vatican museum and Sistine chapel. We did not get our money back! So no tickets and no money. Ladies in the travel agency were very rude and not helpful. They said they cannot propose any other day to visit this museum, but later I found these tickets available. Unfortunate...
Reach Rome's center in one hour on a comfortable bus
Awesome except dropped off in center of a traffic circle with huge bags and no crosswalk anywhere going our direction, NOT at Termini Station...it was only a few blocks but terribly difficult to negotiate, especially when older or handicapped

It's fine, the bus is clean and easy enough to navigate. The commentary is entertaining and informative. Not a fast or efficient way to get around though. It's worth knowing that the bus pauses at stop 1 for about 15/20 mins each round.
Good service, departures its every 15/20 minutes all day, you can down an up during 24 hours or 48 hours (depend the ticket you pay).
