Terrible experience. Bought tickets in advance as we thought our 4 year old would enjoy this attraction. The aquarium was absolutely jammed with people, so much so that we could barely move let alone see any fish. Yet they kept letting people in (and selling walk up tickets). After about 5 minutes o...

Online it says the sharks after dark is open until 11pm and last entry is 1 hour before closing… come to find out it actually closes at 9pm so I couldn’t make it. Tried contacting costumer services to see if I can use the tickets the next day and haven’t heard back yet.

it was really cool to see all the different sea creatures, but we expected it to be longer for $50 per person… it felt like it was too expensive for the short time spent inside
