Ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Tour war auf Englisch gebucht. Ganz spontan wurde uns zusammen mit einem anderen deutschen Paar eine Führung auf deutsch angeboten. Sehr schöne Sache nur zu viert. Und es gibt viel zu erfahren über die Katakomben.

Outstanding. As a history buff, it was an eye opening experience. The guide was a font of information and answered all questions. A definite must before you view the fountain as the artist's symbolism of each statue is explaained.

Excellent tour and definitely not to be missed. The tour guide was brilliant both extremely knowledgeable and eloquent. He gave an excellent briefing on the history of the Catacombs and set the scene as we entered the tunnels. First class tour and highly recommended.

The catacombs were a very different experience. The tour was quite brief and not always that easy to hear the guide. The venue was easily accessible by bus (thx Mr Google Maps). The catacombs themselves were impressive. No cadavers and only down two levels (of four).
