Terrible! I tried to buy one get one free for four people and was told the discount would be applied before checkout. It was not so I chatted with them and was told only available when buying two tickets, this was not mentioned. Another place I was told I could receive a refund, that didn't work eit...
The zoo was just okay. Favorite part was the giraffes because you could get really close to them and even feed them. All the animals were sleeping, and they got rid of the elephants which was a big reason that we went there. Overall we had fun but I think we had high expectations that were not met.
