Great tour! Rob shared his family history into Ellis Island. I strongly recommend the guided tour with Rob. We got to see the Statue of Liberty up close and the history between France and New York. Again, it's an amazing tour!

We requested to cancel this booking within 40 mins of booking as my kid suddenly became sick. They informed they have sent this to team for refund and after a day they mentioned we won’t be able to refund. If that’s the case why they didn’t told us in the first place?
Parking was very easy. The lot is large and had plenty of open spaces. The ferry has concessions including hot dogs on board. Visiting Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty was amazing. I highly recommend. Next time I will add pedestal passes for the statue.

Really disappointed
Priority boarding means absolutely nothing. Still had to wait n the long queue. Customer services said it meant we were guaranteed to get on board!!!
Guide spoke to a group of about 30 people at the front when we were in line standing 2 to a row so no way of hearing the info
The tour guide did not show up at my reservation time . We started 1 1/2 hour late. He said he did not know …. Definitely a spoiler
