Incorrect information given out on how to validate the tickets at time of order.
No instructions at machines on jetty at St Lucia train station, to gain ticket validation from mobile phone ticket QR code, and scanner didn’t work.
Boat let us on anyway when shown mobile ticket.

You can buy the vaporetto pass slighly cheaper directly from AVM, but under the pump we bought from Tiqets when we got off the train in Venice and it was all fine - note you're not directly buying a pass, you get a code and have to go to a machine and input your code and it gives you a paper pass.
